“I was one of those founders who didn‘t get what coaching was for and very sceptical if it could add value to me at all.Until I met Stephen.
Stephen not only opened up my mind but also provided me with insights that eventually saved my business. Now, after this transformative experience,
I wholeheartedly
recommend any founder to get a top notch coach such as Stephen and make the most out of it"

Mónica Avila Forero Mentora de Negocios
I met Stephen at the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City where we both were attending the FASTTRAC Program.
One of the best things that came out of the trip for me was the opportunity to invite Stephen to Colombia as an international expert to train 240 start-up entrepreneurs and business owners in 8 cities across the country.
His worldwide experience in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, combined with his empathy, open mind and social skills make him an amazing coach, mentor, and an inspiring leader to others. All the entrepreneurs loved him .

"I had the pleasure of working with Stephen as part of an Executive Coaching
program at IESE, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the most valuable
experiences of my professional journey.
From the start, he was incredibly approachable and grounded. He has a rare
ability to strike the right balance between listening deeply and asking the kind ofthoughtful, well-timed questions that gently challenge your assumptions.
I walked away with not only
greater self-awareness, but also a renewed sense of direction and purpose.
If you’re open to growing,
gaining clarity, or seeing things from a new perspective—you’ll find tremendous value in working with him.
